Signature Relocation Package
Our primary focus is planning, coordinating and implementing the move to the new location.
This unique, flat-rate package includes:
- Optimizing your specific spacial needs
- Customizing a plan for what will fit in your new space, based on size and dimensions
- Careful packing and transporting of furniture and boxes
- Unpacking and organizing to make it feel just like home
- Creating an aesthetically calming room environment. Beds made, photos displayed, clothing and personal items arranged
Everything will be handled with care, so that you can focus on settling into your new home.
Special requests are always accepted and encouraged.
Downsizing and Home Preparation
We maintain a team of trusted partners in several areas of expertise. This enables us the ability to handle and accomplish a dynamic range of additional services to complete the downsizing process, all the way through to the sale of your current home.
This includes home improvements, repairs, exterior and lawn maintenance, gutter and ductwork, masonry, electric, plumbing and realtor services.
We will facilitate the cleaning and packing outs of estates, as well as provide dumpster services.
Liquidation and Estate Sales
We will manage the selling and transportation of surplus/excess items through auctions, estate sales, re-homing and donating.
Complimentary Consultation
We offer our consultation service either in-home or virtually.
We are located in Marlton, NJ and currently provide services in Southern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
